As RFID equipment has been used for a long time, some new problems have gradually emerged.

1. The equipment has a long service life and many failures;

The biggest problem is that the use of RIFD equipment management is not intelligent and user-friendly, and it cannot intuitively reflect the problems of vehicles entering and leaving the warehouse, such as: unreported vehicles, vehicles with out-of-warehouse and no-out-of-warehouse records, vehicles entering and leaving the warehouse repeatedly, etc. When the red light turns on after the identification of the gate of the reservoir area, the driver does not understand the reason why the vehicle cannot leave or enter the field. At the end of April 2019, the third factory of Dongfeng Honda had started to produce finished vehicles. Dongfeng Storage and Transportation installed image recognition equipment in the three finished vehicle garages of Dongfeng Honda’s vehicle logistics department, and connected with SLMS and WTMS. Real-time transmission of vehicle entry and exit records. If a car has no exit information last time, the red light will turn on when it enters the warehouse again. At the same time, the license plate recognition system will display the recorded information compared with the SLMS system on the LED screen. Instead of calling the on-site dispatcher to say that there is a problem with the system and equipment, the vehicle cannot enter the site for loading. The intelligence and humanization of the equipment are fully reflected, which reduces the working time and improves the working efficiency. After using the license plate as the identification object, there is no need to install RFID tags on each car carrier as before, and the driver who wants to enter the warehouse area with the license plate will take a picture of the device and save it, so that the picture can be checked. In order to improve the recognition accuracy, in the recognition area of ​​each device, draw lane lines, install two high-definition recognition guns, set the identifiable area and the best recognition area respectively, and train drivers to use them, and turn on headlights at night. . The speed of entering the identification area is relatively fast, and the parking recognition is not allowed. It is strictly prohibited to rectify and replace the license plate with blurred fonts, the surface of the license plate is bent, and the license plate is dirty.
